If you are thinking about having Gwen as your agent, consider yourself very lucky to have found her. Gwen was recommended to me from someone at church two years ago. I called Gwen and she came out to my condo and told me all the thinks that I needed to do in order to put if up for sale. I am a single mom so it took me longer than most. I called her several months later and in the mean time she would send me updates or follow ups rathr on the market, etc. When I was ready to put my house on the market Gwen came over and had done her research, she brought me all the comps of the condos that wer in my complex and suggested thaings that I needed to do in order to be competitive. Not only did Gwen give me suggesstions, she came out and met with my contractor to ensure he was going to give me the right price but do a good job. Gwen priced my house to sell and put together a slide show for her clients to view and I had several showings. I tried 2 other agents in the past and there was no comparison. They did not do half the work Gwen did. Gwen made me feel like she was selling a million dollar home and trust me, that was HARLDLY the case. Gwen walked me through the entire process and was available anytime I had a question. Again, consider yourself very lucky to have her...She was a true blessing to my daughter and me.
